Aromas of dried herbs, sage and rosemary, with hits of mint and cassis. The palate is full and even thoughout having flavours of red berries, blackberry and cassis, with dark chocolate in the backgound.

A touch of complexity from French oak barrels ensures length and direction. Low yielding vines, sited on ancient ironstone soil with optimal northerly aspect - classic cool climate cabernet with seamless, gently drying tannin. Matured in fine grained new and seasoned French oak barrels for 14 months. Enjoy now or cellar for at least a decade.
