A fusion of two iconic varieties, resulting in a medium bodied wine which has sweet red fruit characters and hints of warm spices derived from the Shiraz, and fresh red fruit characters with some cherry and rhubarb notes coming from the Pinot. The result is an easy drinking wine which displays finesse and poise. Matured in fine grained French oak for 12 months. Enjoy now with a board of your favourite, local charcuterie.
